Indian caste system was originally defined based on division of labour but in effect it is a division of laborers. Religion is either by birth or one chose based on faith. Religious conversions are increasing but there is no practice of caste conversion.

Politician for getting votes they divide people into cast bias and exploit. One in power benefit his own cast person despite not having desired eligibility. Dominant castes harass lower castes and lower castes have been parked in the same pathetic economic situation even after years of welfare schemes, reservation etc.

We must abolish caste system altogether and bring in uniform civil code. Dr. Ambedkar said “No caste- no discrimination” go beyond opines that if one person is provided reservation benefits in the family of schedule castes and tribes the rest of the family members should be treated as forward class.
